The 2010-2011 Fogarty Orientation Course, has been an experience that i could never imagine as good as it just happened.
Getting to know so many people wordlwide, with many differences regarding culture, believes and so on.
An environment filled with magic, love and caring for eachother. Just 108 scholars and fellows with one common goal. I'm just going to say it again.
Just 108 people that did not know eachother on the frist day, with one common goal..Global Health. Improving the quality of life worldwide.
.Yes many would call us dreamers, unrealistic people. Well thanks to all of them, and as John Lennon used to say..I hope someday you would join us, and the world would be as one!!.
Now, as all of us are heading back to our countries to start clinical research..the flame of love, fellowship and friendship is flowing like a warmed, sparkling, shinning fire that would remain within our hearts.
This is the beggining of a new chapter in my life.
